Dr. Taylor brings nearly 20 years of clinical expertise to every patient interaction. A proud graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, his deeply personal motivation for entering the field speaks volumes about his commitment: he recovered from a serious football neck injury through chiropractic care — and has been paying it forward ever since.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Taylor serves as the team doctor for local middle school athletics, keeping the next generation of athletes healthy and active. His outside passions — fishing, running, archery, and motorcycle riding — keep him connected to the active lifestyles he helps his patients reclaim.

Dr. Burns graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2001 and brings over 25 years of hands-on clinical experience to our team. His career began with founding his own practice in Hazard, KY — a testament to his entrepreneurial drive and confidence in his skills.
Over the decades, Dr. Burns has built partnerships across Kentucky, from Elizabethtown to Louisville and Mount Sterling, before joining Live Well Chiropractic to continue delivering exceptional care. His breadth of experience across diverse patient populations makes him exceptionally skilled at addressing even the most complex cases.
